Who it's for

Quoting software for epoxy and concrete coating contractors

Draw the slab, and the floor and the perimeter are both measured off it. The quote prices the system, not a rate per square foot.

Measured in: Floor area for the coating, the perimeter for the cove base, and a count for drains and penetrations.

Two measurements come off one garage

The coating is priced on the floor and the cove base is priced on the line around it, and they are not the same number: a 24 by 22 garage is 528 square feet and 92 linear feet. Drawlite takes both off the one outline you drew, so a quote cannot have the floor and miss the perimeter. That single omission is worth more than the flake broadcast on most residential jobs.

Why the small job costs more per foot

Mobilization is one line whether the slab is 400 square feet or 4,000, which is the entire answer to the question every coating contractor gets asked. It is on the quote as its own line for that reason: a customer who can see it argues about the job, and a customer who cannot argues about the rate.

What it will not let you send

Flake with no top coat. A coating with no surface preparation. Both are quotes that every estimator knows better than to send and every estimator has sent on a Friday afternoon, and the warning names the reason rather than flashing an icon. It is advice, not a block.

The price book this trade starts with

Every row below is seeded into a new epoxy and concrete coating account on the day it is created, with these rates. They are realistic US mid-market numbers for 2026 and they are the first thing you would change -- but nobody starts from a blank page, and nothing on this site is a figure invented for a landing page.

And the systems built out of it

A system is what the shop sells; the rows above are what it is made of. Put one on a shape and every line below lands on the quote at once, each on its own measurement.

Standard flake system
Grind, base, full flake broadcast and polyaspartic top coat
Surface prep and diamond grinding · Epoxy base coat, 100% solids · Decorative flake broadcast · Polyaspartic top coat · Move and protect contents · Trip charge · Integral cove base (around the edge)
