Commercial cleaning price calculator

Put in the floor area and the detail. The minimum charge is applied the way the price book applies it, which on a small suite is the whole answer.

Nothing is sent anywhere: the arithmetic runs in this page. The prefilled rates are the ones a new Drawlite account in this trade starts with, and the first thing you would do in the app is replace them with yours.

The minimum is the price on half the jobs you quote

The seeded janitorial rate is 0.185 a square foot with a 250 minimum, which means every office under about 1351 square feet costs the same. That is not a rounding: it is the floor below which sending somebody out stops being worth doing, and a cleaner who quotes a small suite on rate alone is paying for the privilege of driving there.

Per visit and per month are different numbers to sell

A building manager is signing a monthly figure and comparing it to the one they have now. A nightly contract at five visits a week is twenty-one or twenty-two visits a month, not twenty, and the difference over a year is roughly two weeks of work. Quote the visit, then show the month.

What recurring work hides that one-off work does not

Restrooms, interior glass and baseboard detail are priced per fixture, per window and per foot because they do not scale with the open floor -- a building with eight restrooms and 3,000 square feet is a different job from one with two and the same floor. Carrying them as their own lines is what makes a renewal arguable instead of a flat percentage.
